I am thrilled, proud, and even a little relieved to announce that The Legend of Light trilogy is finally complete. The third book in the series, Radiant Fate, just released on Amazon and is available in both paperback format, and on all Kindle Devices.
You can find Radiant Fate’s page here, or, if you haven’t started the series yet, you can find all three books and their versions here on my Amazon author’s page.
The Legend of Light is a young adult, high fantasy series taking place in the land of Tordale, a kingdom filled with magic, monsters, and myths. When an ancient entity known only as Scourge reawakens after 700 years, a young swordsman named Alamor and the Princess of Tordale, Raissa Hokara, must pursue their sacred destinies by commanding the divine power of Serenity. Only by forging an unbreakable bond between one another can they overcome the catastrophic might of Scourge and its new vessel, the seemingly unstoppable warlord Baldaron. Fans of such franchises like The Legend of Zelda, Shannara, The Chronicles of Narnia, Earthsea, and Fire Emblem will find a lot to love in this story, which is as suitable for for kids in middle school to read as it is for adults.
It’s been a long 8 years writing this series, and I’ll always look back on the journey very fondly. I learned so much about the craft of storytelling, and even a lot about myself as a person. Most of all, I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported me. To all of the fans who have followed the series thus far — as well as those who will read it in the future — I cannot thank you enough.
Even though this adventure is over, I will still have some fun things to post on here regarding the series. Check back from time to time to find new essays on the process that went into writing The Legend of Light, insights into the history and lore of the land of Tordale, as well as artwork for characters and many creatures they encounter.
