Ah, one of my favorite traditions. Something that ensures I come back to this page at the end of every year. 2018 was another fun one in the realm of pop culture, with some of the highest highs I can remember in recent memory. As always, I took in a lot of pop culture this year, so here’s what stood out to me to the most.

Best of 2017
2017 was probably the most jammed-pack year that I can remember in the field of entertainment. Across the mediums of film, television, video games, comics, literature, and sports, there were too many significant releases and events to count. No matter where your interests lie, it felt like there was something memorable for you.
I am very thankful that so many of my passions were appropriately catered to last year, to the point where this annual “Favorites” list that I do here on my webpage is easily the hardest I’ve ever had to put together. After a lot of deliberation, I’ve decided on my favorite movie, novel, television show, comic book, video game, and sports event that I experienced last year.
A Busy Start to 2017
February’s not even over with, yet, but it’s been a busy and productive first couple of weeks to start this year. I’ve completed a rough draft of the third and final book in The Luminous Legend trilogy, although I have to admit that I’m still cleaning it up, and likely will be for a few more weeks. I’m also returning to the first book in the series to begin revisions for its re-release, which I will have concrete details to announce in the next couple of months.
Best of 2016
Another year is down and in the books, which means I’m back for an annual tradition– my lists of what I enjoyed the most from the past year, and what I look forward to the most from the coming year! The latter will get it’s own post, so here you’ll find my picks for my favorite: movie, novel, television show, comic, video game, and sports moment from 2016. As usual, I lagged behind on my monstrous reading list, so my choice in the novel category wasn’t released in 2016, but this was the year that I finally got around to it.
Back, and Ready for More
I knew it had been a while since I made an update here, but I don’t think I quite realized that it had been nearly seven months since the last time.
