I went into 2019 eagerly anticipating several movies, games, and television shows–remarkably, I think there’s even more in 2020 that I’m now looking forward to. I’m going to be a busy man this year with how many times I expect to visit the movie theater, or how many books and comics I plan to read, or how many video games I know I’ll be sitting down day one to start playing. Here is the movie, novel, television show, comic, video game, and sporting event I’m most excited for in 2020.
2018 has some awful big shoes to fill if it wants to top 2017, but there’s plenty of things on the way this year that have me seriously hyped. From the culmination of a decade of movies, to the return of a beloved animated series, to what is one of the biggest pro wrestling events this century, 2018 is shaping up to be another fine year in the entertainment field. Below I’ve got my picks for the movie, novel, tv show, comic, video game, and sporting event that I’m most looking forward to.
